Mignon Green joined the Australian Film Television and Radio School in late 2021 and was appointed Scholarships Manager in August 2024 within the Partnerships and Development Team. Her career began with a Bachelor of Education before shifting direction when she joined PolyGram Australia. With over a decade in the Australian music industry, Mignon became the first female Sales Director at Universal Music Australia. After a career break, she took on a strategic partnership role with the Wakakirri Story-Dance Association. Mignon has extensive experience in business operations and commercial strategy, honed through leadership roles in both corporate, government and non-profit sectors. A dynamic manager and connector, she has a proven track record in team motivation, relationship building, and partnership development. Her expertise spans fundraising, sales management, and business development. Mignon is passionate about promoting equity in the Australian arts, education, and sports sectors, believing in their critical role in a healthy society.
