Patricia is a passionate customer and client service professional, with over 15 years in the field, working in customer complaints, management and digital communications. She has helped numerous brands and their customers with award winning service, which she now brings to JDRF Australia as a Relationship Manager.

I love my role, the people and the cause behind JDRF, and really want to further improve my skills to better support the organisation and the great work that we do! I believe that improving what and HOW I ask will achieve this, as will learning better fundraising skills in general.
