Riannah is Grants and Impact Lead at 10x10 Philanthropy, a non-profit working to accelerate a culture of social innovation in Australia. Prior to joining 10x10, Riannah was working as an independent consultant in innovative finance for social impact, working with First Nations Business accelerator Esparq Ventures, and Intelligent Impact, a global advisory firm working with foundations and fund managers on innovative financing. Riannah is Co-Author of the largest study to date on the practice of Impact-Linked Compensation, which interviewed impact fund managers with $4 trillion of AUM. In her previous role as Senior Analyst in Social Finance at White Box Enterprises, Riannah helped structure and syndicate $26 million of social impact investment.
