Thien joined The Smith Family in November 2023 as Stewardship Manager GIW & MV. This is first first role in the fundraising sector. She is responsible for the development of strategies to inform growth and retention of supporter relationships and income among the GIW and Mid Value supporter cohort. The 12 years prior to working for TSF has seen her in the Financial Services industry primarily working on Strategy, Delivery & Management of large enterprise-wide programs. Prior to that she worked for Qantas and Telstra. Her roles have covered Employee Recognition & Culture, Customer Experience & Service, Business Enablement & Engagement, Change Management and Project Management. She also have a background in Marketing and Market Research.
